The Hampton Police Department is dedicated to being a leader in law enforcement for the citizens of Hampton, visitors and the surrounding agencies. We offer classes to citizens groups, schools, churches, youth groups, and other agencies. We help organize crime watch groups in any neighborhood or complex. We offer property checks to home and business owners who are out of town for a period of time and safety checks for the elderly. We offer classes on personal safety, home security, vehicle security, safety for senior citizens, identify theft, bomb threat, telephone safety, narcotic identification, and satanic crime investigation just to name a few.

We offer finger print processing, narcotic analysis, narcotic enforcement, and support personnel to other agencies through mutual aide agreements.

We are using the most advanced technology to strengthen the partnership between police and community, and to help us work together on identifying and solving crime problems in our neighborhoods. The Hampton Police Department is devoted to the community as a whole and has one goal in mind, to involve the Community and Law Enforcement to WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
